How Mahjong Africa Began
Mahjong Africa started with a personal connection. Through living in the United States, regular visits, and family and friends there, we experienced first-hand the growing social culture around American Mahjong.
We loved how the game brought people together — the strategy, the challenge, the conversation and, most of all, the connection around the table.
We wanted to bring that experience home and share it with South Africa - making it easier to discover the game, learn to play, find beautiful Mahjong products and become part of a growing Mahjong community.
