Shipping & Returns
We offer flexible delivery options across South Africa. Enjoy FREE delivery to a PUDO locker on orders over R500, or choose PostNet collection or door-to-door courier delivery at checkout. Free collection in Pretoria is also available. Delivery times and rates are shown at checkout.
Changed your mind? Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and in resalable condition. A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the refund. Return delivery costs are for the customer’s account. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us so that we can assist you.

1. General Terms
By accessing and using the Mahjong Africa website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Rental Services
Our Mahjong set rentals are provided for personal use. Rentals are non-transferable and must be returned in the same condition as received. Late returns or damage beyond normal wear will incur a fee of R150 per hour or R500 per day.
3. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of Mahjong Africa. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Mahjong Africa be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services. The maximum liability for any claim shall be the total amount paid by you for the rental.
