How do I rent?
For private events or group play, we offer rental inquiries. Our team can provide tailored packages for your specific needs, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.
What are your delivery options?
We deliver throughout South Africa, with delivery typically taking 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the delivery option selected. PUDO locker delivery is FREE on orders over R500. You can also choose PostNet collection, door-to-door courier delivery, or free collection in Pretoria. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.
Can I return my purchase?
Yes. If you change your mind, you may return an unused item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the refund, and return delivery costs are for the customer’s account.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.
